The player account will still be able to enjoy the benefits of its NEO2045 subscription until the remaining time has elapsed. If you require assistance canceling the subscriptions purchased through our mobile app, you will need to contact your specific app store.
When a membership is purchased, it is applied to the player account. If an account is registered to a different email or purchased with a different email that is connected to the player account, you may have an issue canceling your recurring subscription from your parent account. If this happens, please submit a request to our support team.
If submitting a support ticket, please provide all requested information when choosing the "Billing Issues" option. Please note that this process will take longer and may not be reached before the recurring date, so allow ample time.
