Why can't I make in-game purchases?
- Before you can purchase Crypto Coins or NEO Membership, a parent's account must be connected to the player account.
- Make sure in-app purchase options are set correctly on your device.
- Finally, if you have questions that aren't addressed in our Help Section, please submit a support ticket, and we will get back to you shortly. Remember to be as detailed as possible (i.e., When did it start happening? What does the glitch do? What platform is used?) If possible, we also encourage you to take a screenshot or video of the issue. This will help us understand what's happening.
